We were introduced to Intel as people who could design a process to inspire and align employees behind a new, authentic direction. ‘So what your’e saying is, these people can deliver that stuff, the stuff we can’t pay for?’
We assembled fifty young leaders, put our best listening ears on, and got down to work zeroing in on what really made them tick. Then we put five hundred young leaders in a room and lit the blue torch paper.
The launch of Intel’s Ambassadors program was described by Intel’s HR Chief as,
